Shipping policy

Thank you for using Rich Line Beauty's services! Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Shipping Area and Time: We ship parcels throughout Georgia wherever the courier service operates.

• Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days;
• Estimated delivery time from order dispatch - Tbilisi: 1-2 business days; Regions: 2-4 business days (taking into account the delivery company's timeframes);
• Please note that delivery times are estimated and may change due to holidays, delivery company delays, or other reasons beyond our control.

2. Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are determined by the delivery service (e.g., post, courier) and your location. The exact rate will appear at checkout on the payment page.
• Free shipping applies: in Tbilisi — on orders from 150 GEL, and in regions — on orders from 170 GEL.
• Each order is sent beautifully packaged, along with a small gift.

3. Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a parcel tracking number (if available).

4. Incorrect Address or Failure to Accept Parcel:

Please provide the delivery address carefully when placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the repeated delivery fee. 

 

5. Damaged Parcels:

• If you receive a parcel with damaged packaging, please take a photo on the spot and contact us immediately via email at: richlinebeauty@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue with the delivery company in a timely manner.
