2. Shipping Rates * Shipping costs are determined by the delivery service (e.g., postal service, courier) and your location. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout when placing your order.

3. Order Tracking * Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the parcel tracking number (if applicable).

4. Incorrect Address or Failure to Accept Parcel * Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-delivery fee.
