Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Rich Line Beauty. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as skincare and cosmetics, cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

3. How to Start a Return Process? To start a return, you can email us at: richlinebeauty@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs * If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning the item due to personal preference or a change of mind, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs yourself. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds (if applicable) Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card-issuing bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and the funds have still not been credited, please write to us at: richlinebeauty@gmail.com.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Item Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
